Quality Control

GStar quality control is following ISO9001 quality system.We have strict quality control managements in each process, the quality inspection step from incoming material,production process of mold making and plastic molding, assembly, packing, as well as cargo shipment.

GStar have established quality evaluation program for each process to assure our customer the best quality products and most professional service. We own a full set of advanced measuring and testing equipment, we can provide a series of testing reports upon customer’s request at any time such as CP/CPK, FAI, PPAP, PFMEA and so on.

 

Main QC Procedure:

1.     Mold Design Control, we will check the drawing first to see if it is reasonable or not, then send 3D mold

Drawing for client’s confirmation.

2.     Incoming material inspection, including mold base and cavity and core steel, Mold Electrodes inspection,

        make sure the mold base is coming from brand manufacturer with guarantee. And checking the cavity and core

        dimension,hardness and get certificate.

3.     Mold Pre-Assembly Inspection

4.     Mold Trial Report and Samples Inspection, we will provide FAI,CP/CPK ect report send samples for confirmation.

5.     Mold Pre-Shipment Final Inspection

6.     Export Mold Package Inspection

 

Normally, we will use the below brand material, also if client have any specified brand, we will follow it.

Mold Steel: ASSAB(Sweden), DAIDO(Japan),FINKL(America),AUBERT & DUVAL(France), Thyssen(Germany),

LKM (China)
Mold Base: EMP,DME, HASCO, FUTABA, LKM.
Hot Runner: MOULD MASTER, SYNVENTIVE, HASCO, DME, YUDO, INCOE
Standard Parts: DME, HASCO, LKM,HEB,STRACK,OPITZ
Texture: VDI 3400,Mold-tech, Yick Sang, Tanazawa etc
